2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Final pricing may change if:
- The size or condition of the property differs from what was described
- Additional services are requested on-site
We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
3. Scheduling & Access
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate address and service details
- Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time
If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation or service fee may apply.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
7. Liability
While we take great care during our services, Sparkle Pro Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not properly secured or disclosed
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide a safe working environment
- Inform us of any special conditions or fragile items
- Secure pets during service visits
